Sitges & Barcelona

Sitges

One of the eight members of the 'Jewels of European Tourism Club', Sitges boasts a beautiful landscape with 17 golden beaches, a microclimate of 300 sunny days a year, a wide variety of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and great shopping.

The town has always been home to an artistic community and continues to offer a selection of museums and art studios.

Sitges also has a very busy festive calendar, including the Sitges International Film Festival, the International Theatre Festival, the International Jazz Festival, the Sitges Carnival and the Fiesta Mayor.

Barcelona

Sitges is located only 20 minutes from Barcelona Airport and 40 minutes by train from the centre of Barcelona.

The sights of Barcelona - Las Ramblas, La Sagrada Familia and the many other works of architecture by Antoni Gaudi, the Gothic Quarter which holds the city's cathedral, the Olympic Village and the many museums and galleries - all make Barcelona a city well worth visiting.
